Consultants on our project engagement teams work closely together to solve problems; our supportive environment makes sure that no one is without advice, assistance, or even a second pair of eyes for any issue that may occur. Junior team members are helped to expand their skill set through mentoring by our senior management.

Individual Responsibility

We also believe strongly in individual responsibility. The structure of our engagement teams means that each consultant is entrusted with significant responsibilities. Our team members are comfortable with responsibility, and have proven their abilities to deliver on their assigned duties.

Flexibility and Work-Life Balance

We believe that it's important that our team members have a life away from work, as well as a fulfilling time while in the office. We are supportive of flexible work schedules and tele-work programs, and our managers work proactively with our clients to ensure that consultants' schedules have the flexibility and balance needed.

Fun

At Synaptitude, we believe that it's important that team members have plenty of opportunities to have fun and get to know their colleagues on a personal level. In addition to enjoying lunch together, our team members have played softball, basketball, and golf together. We host company after-work gatherings, such as team dinners, and company outings, to celebrate special occasions or just allow everyone to reconnect in a relaxed environment.
