Synaptitude Managing Principal Eric Nelson delivered a seminar on Transforming Small/Medium Size Businesses to the Executive Exchange Seminar Breakfast Series, sponsored by the Fairfax County Economic Development Authority (FCEDA). The seminar focused on using a methodology of People->Process->Technology to drive transformational change in small and medium size businesses.
Critical differences between transformation at large enterprises versus SMB's were covered, as were the unique budgetary requirements of SMB's.
