Project Overview & Objectives
The client established a regional Finance transformation program that has a five-year timeframe to rationalize and consolidate Finance support systems, outsource selected operations, and provide management expertise to enterprise programs and initiatives that impact the division.
Our Involvement
Synaptitude delivered program management consulting services to lead the workstream focused on the transformation of the Finance systems. We were responsible for all system interactions and dependencies across the enterprise programs and related corporate initiatives. Some activities included the baselining of System functional architectures, the definition of target architectures, the development of vendor contract arrangements for outsourcers, performing as the single Point of Contact for Finance systems in the region, the management of system migrations, and the facilitation of system access requests. Additional involvement includes the planning of milestones and the associated roadmap to achieve the target architecture.
Results and Benefits
